My approach of teaching replies on typical questions (FAQ)
is by myself becoming candidate and showing how I handle the replies as well as tension
The interviewer who are the students only are first given the FAQ and are told to ask me the same in the manner they like. Typical real life situation is created. The demo happens in front of the PEP students who at the end also are allowed to raise questions and ask the same to me. Wherever explanation is required I give the same.
