POSITION EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS (PEP)

A 30 hour 5 Sundays PEP was conducted at Baroda Management Association for working professionals at junior to senior levels.They were empowered on :

a. How to get an increment.
b. How to get a promotion.
c. When to leave with empowerment.

25 participants enjoyed and empowered themselves and one of the participants  developed this video as a memento.
