As a part of Empowering students on Placements, it is necessary that they understand their weakness of communicating in English. Whether we like it or not a recruiter of any field requires candidate to be a comfortable Speaker in English if not an expert. Hence 20 hour program was conducted at DDU Nadiad in this field and this is the result on the last day last hour .Out of 31 participant about 13 took a lead and spoke on their own on what they felt about this grooming.This is the sample of few speakers.
