He is absolutely correct.Many colleges even professional institutes and even students also do not understand this and spend hell of lot of time in craming and mugging for procuring 'A' grade in academics.If this is not supported by soft skills than he fails in corporate world.

But you have written that in many colleges, but the rest of the colleges don,t have such faculties who can guide the way of students and if we think about the students who don't get the admission in such college which give the knowledge about soft skills, they may be poor in study and also they will be..
