MY CONTRIBUTION IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYABILITY EMPOWERMENT

 This compressed and small video is of a very extended and long engagement of  my 21 years with Chemical Industry and 21 years with academic field of contributing my competency in the field of  Capacity Building and Institute/Product /Concept Marketing . During the period I have worked with Government of Gujarat Skilling initiative SCOPE as a joint CEO and I have also worked with Tribal Ministry New Delhi. I have worked with L.J.Univrsity where I delivered own designed modules on communication on the basis of LSRW for 3 semesters each of 30 hours of all the batches . In all 5000 students. 

All throughout my session I have developed a measurable parameters and happy to note the difference after the delivery of modules.

I have been undertaking Professional Empowerment Program since 2002 . By now as of date I must have trained 30000 students. Out of this many have gone up in corporate echelons however there are few who are in touch with me even today and whose career is being monitored by me. We all met at Ahmedabad Management Association on 22nd December wherein we discussed their progress and I guided how to forge ahead.
