In order to have a perfect placement, one should do his SWOT analysis that is Strengths,Weaknessess,Opportunity and Threat.Exploit strengths and make an efforts of removing weaknessess or hiding weaknessess.Let it not surface easily when you are being interviewed. As such this is an art and for that one has to do introspection and be candid in anlalysis. No one on this earth is perfect however some people are successfull whereas some are stressful thoughtout the life.Very few people take an application writing seriously. When you expect a salary of Rs 10,000 per month from the application made, why you do not invest your time and few moneys in drafting an effective resume.Infact resume is your salesman or a brochure which 'Sells' in your absence. Infact this is an investment and its return is based on how you project yourself through resume.

I am sure this curiosity for knowing themselves go away in the subsequent years only.I do not know what is the reason.I think this can be a feedstock for educationist who wants to retain the power of youth which contributes about 35% of total population.

Dear friends that is not the case.It is case of marketing your self especially some of the USPs that you have developed viz:
1.Core competency in the field that you have been handling till date.
2.Industry knowledge and so is the funtional knowledge
3.Communication skill in handling the people especially in your core sector even though you might not be good in English.
4.Think of changing the sector all togather rather slogging in the current field.
5.Give a fresh look at the application format, wordings and also the resume.Make Resume more like a profile rather than a typcial biodata

I am really surprised by the driving manners of the high pofile people driving snobbish car. While the car is fully equipped by the side signals ,the driver do not bother to press the side signals on taking turn.Perhaps they have a mentality of having a person doing the accesory jobs at office and also at home, they want some one to press the signal. It is fate of the poor person like me who in a bid not to get my car smashed has to suddenly apply the brake on his sudden decison of turning.I think their vehicle is nothing more than a rickshaw or a scooter which when pressed for side signals remain so till the driver switches off and most of the time the driver forgets and poor follower waits for him to turn which never happens.
I THANK ALL WHO HAVE APPRECIATED MY EFFORTS IN CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIETY.

27 th january 2011,
It was my red letter day.The first book written by me on my own experience of grooming students have been given shape for the larger masses. The function was a perfect blessing of my beloved lord Shri Hanumanji. The Chief guest was my mentor Shri G.Narayan [Guruji] who is known to me since the days of Transpek Industry Ltd Baroda which was my first job after my MBA i.e 1982.I stongly feel that the world is very small and lucky are those in whose life there are companionship of old network. The guest of honor was Shri Akshai Aggarwal who is Vice Chancellor of Gujarat TechnologicalUniversity.
My co author Sunil Shah has been my jewel of life and more near to my heart who motivated and supported me in writing this book My mother's presence and seeing her happy made me happiest person of life.Do you know who anchored the function. My dearest daughter Miss Pranali and sunilbhai's daughter Shaiva. It was a marvelous example of mentoring own kids togather with the mentoring of the students at large.I do not know whether I should call them the mentees[they are more than that] but definetly the presence of the volunterred mentees viz Amit and Yograj from Kutch,Suren and Sangram from Mumbai,Jay Patel and Alok from from Baroda,Niraj and Dhaval from Ahmedabad gave an utmost satisfaction of having contributed a small percentage to the society at large. These are my beloved jewels of my life.
